How to cite
Every Pulse index has a permanent canonical URL and a versioned methodology. Cite the methodology version, not just "Pulse," so the citation reproduces a specific calculation.
The widget
Every index page carries this widget. Pick a tab and copy. Below is a live example for the Pulse Inference Token Index.
Permalinks
Every index page (/indices/{slug}/) and every methodology version page (/methodology/{slug}/{version}/, e.g. /methodology/inference-token-index/v1-0/) is a permanent canonical URL. Old methodology versions remain live forever, so a citation written today still resolves to the exact methodology that produced the cited number.
Worked example
"Inference token prices fell 18% over the second half of 2026 (Pulse Inference Token Index, Methodology v1.0; Pulse 2026)."
Plain-text fallback
If you cannot use the widget, the suggested plain-text format is:
Pulse. "Pulse Inference Token Index." Methodology v1.0, 2026. https://pulsebenchmarks.com/indices/inference-token-index/
